Who can I refer to the Neo Credit card, Neo Money™ account, or Neo High-Interest Savings account?
They need to live in Canada, have a valid Canadian photo ID or a valid foreign passport, and be the age of majority in their province or territory to apply. For the Neo High-Interest Savings account, they must be at least 13 years of age if they reside outside of Quebec; if they reside in Quebec, they must be at least 14 years of age. In Quebec, only referrals for the Neo Credit card and the Neo High-Interest Savings account are available at this time.
Who do I call if I have a problem?
You can contact Neo customer support at 1-(855)-568-1177 or email financial.ambassadors@neofinancial.com with any issues you or your client may be experiencing.
Can I desposit cheques?
At this time, cash or cheques can’t be deposited directly into the Neo Money™ account or Neo High-Interest Savings account. You will have to deposit them into another financial institution and then transfer the funds into the Neo Money™ account or Neo High-Interest Savings account through an EFT or an Interac e-Transfer®.
What forms of identification do you accept?
As part of the application process for all of our products, you are required to provide a piece of valid Canadian photo ID.
Accepted forms of ID include:

- ● Quebec health card
- ● British Columbia services card
- ● Permanent resident card
- ● Canadian passport
- ● Canadian citizenship card issued before 2012
- ● Valid foreign passports
We do not accept the following forms of ID:

- ● Identification that has been photocopied, scanned, or photographed at a previous date
